Tech Time
Think Smart

As we begin to enjoy the summer the realisation that we are in the second half of 2024 is something that we should take time to celebrate.
The year will leave an imprint on our future. The steps we take going in to the final two quarters can create positive change and welcome in a brighter time ahead.
Can the technology you currently use support you to achieve your goals?
People get some very good technology for Christmas and leave it on a shelf as using a familiar device or software feels safer. The summer months and time on a beach could be a good moment to look again at the technology that is not being used.
The most expensive technology does not always guarantee you with the best outcomes. Most of us use phones each day. Allot of phones that companies use are not always placed at the top end in pricing terms.
A choice we all can make is do we want technology to improve our chances of success or limit the progress we hope to make going forwards.
Using technology in a way that enhances our live style is important not the amount of time spent using it.
Stress can be significantly reduced if time is allocated to organise a device or software so that tasks can be conducted by yourself or others.
Listing the tasks which will involve using technology is a good foundation to build upwards .
It is helpful to create time to focus on your technology usage and note what apps are making a difference in organising, planning, implementing, and reviewing tasks each week.
A good device is one that feels right for you. For some it is colour, screen, accessibility, affordability and for others it is not a thought until the need to complete a specific task arises.
My tip for you the reader today is let the technology you choose to support you with tasks allow you to reduce stress, at times know it will challenge you but most of all empower you to work towards living the best lifestyle you can.
