About Me
Helping People Thrive Through Inclusion, Confidence and Technology
I am a qualified trainer with over 15 years of experience working across the charity sector, including roles with national sight loss charities and organisations supporting disabled people with complexed needs.
Alongside my professional experience, I bring direct valuable lived experience to my work. This gives me a practical understanding of the challenges people can face and the importance of finding solutions that are personalised, effective and empowering.
Throughout my career, I have delivered training, workshops and support sessions at venues and locations across the UK, working with individuals, teams, organisations and community groups. Whether delivering training in person or remotely, my focus is always on creating engaging, accessible and meaningful learning experiences.

Unlocking Independence Through the Right Support
I am passionate about assistive technology and the positive impact it can have on people's lives. I regularly use assistive technology myself, including AI-powered smart glasses and specialist software, which helps me to understand both the opportunities and challenges that technology can bring.
I believe that when the right tools are matched by the right person, they can unlock confidence, independence and success.

My approach is centred on listening, understanding individual needs and working collaboratively to build the most appropriate solution. There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Every person, organisation and situation is unique, and I enjoy helping people identify practical strategies that work for them.
I am committed to removing barriers, promoting inclusion and empowering people with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to achieve their goals. If I am supporting an individual to gain confidence, helping a team improve accessibility, or introducing assistive technology solutions, my aim is always to create positive and lasting change.
My Vision
I believe every person should have the opportunity to be a valued and welcomed member of their community and place of work.
A world where people have the support, confidence and opportunities they need to live the lifestyle that allows every person to excel, contribute and be fulfilled will improve mental health and opportunities to make personal dreams a reality.
Through training, technology and collaboration, I strive to help make that vision a reality.

Outside of Work
When I am not working or spending time with the family, I enjoy reading, watching football and going outdoors.
These interests help me maintain balance, continue learning and stay connected to the people and communities around me.
